LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY AND CARE OF YOUR VEHICLE AFTER THE REPAIR

1st Class offers a nationwide Limited Lifetime Warranty on all body and paint work to your vehicle with the exception of certain modified custom work or rust repairs which have no warranty. Sublet items or parts are subject to the manufacturer warranty. Under the following conditions outlined below.

In the event that you have a warranty issue, and you have moved away from our area you must contact us stating what the issue is before any work is done. We will then schedule the vehicle to be inspected for warranty consideration at any Spies Hecker certified repair shops.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO PROTECT YOUR NEW PAINT FINISH:

DO:

• HAND WASH FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS OR — USE A BRUSHLESS CAR WASH IF HAND WASHING CANNOT BE DONE
• — USE A MILD CAR WASH DETERGENT
• DO REMOVE ANY STAINS OR BIRD DROPPINGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO PREVENT ANY ACID ETCHING OF THE FINISH
• AVOID EXPOSURE TO GASOLINE OR ANTIFREEZE

DO NOT:

• WIPE THE FINISH WITH A DRY CLOTH BECA– USE TOGETHER WITH DIRT, DUST AND SAND, IT ACTS LIKE SANDPAPER AND SCRATCHES THE FINISH
• SCRAPE ICE OR SNOW FROM THE PAINT AS THIS CAN ALSO SCRATCH THE FINISH
• WAS THE NEW FINISH FOR THE FIRST 90 DAYS, AS THE FULL CURING PROCESS TAKES PLACE OVER THIS TIME
• DO NOT WASH THE CAR IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT. WATER DROPLETS ACT AS A MAGNIFYING GLASS FOR THE HARMFUL UV RASY OF THE SUN
